chronicillnesscat: It is so very frustrating when people ask about your future and you explain to them why you can’t work, and this is the response. I know it’s often not meant to be insulting but encouraging instead, but I hate being told how I am negative when I’m trying to explain that it’s not as easy as wanting it badly enough. I would want to be healthy and be able to work fulltime more than anything, but it’s just not in the cards for me. And that’s okay, I can deal with that, but I can’t deal with people who make me feel like I’m not trying hard enough when it’s sometimes a struggle to even get out of bed in the morning.
